Senior Marketing, Demand Generation


As a key, senior member of the Marketing team, you will be the lead expert and innovator on all global demand generation and marketing operations. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will build and execute strong demand generation campaigns across account-based marketing, inbound and outbound channels to generate awareness, interest, and demand among target buyers. You will help establish clear, measurable marketing goals that support the company sales and profitability goals and will support the measurement of marketing performance against plan. You will work with marketing automation, sales force automation, and other demand generation and account-based marketing tools to deliver and monitor programs.

There are no full-time direct reports in the short-term, so we are looking for an individual that can think strategically, creatively identify resources, and rollup his/her sleeves and ‘do’.  

Principal Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a demand generation strategy and results-oriented programs that deliver actionable leads. Balance testing of new, innovative opportunities with high-quality execution of more traditional strategies for faster growth, higher lead quality, and optimized cost per acquisition.

Collaborate with content marketing and product teams to identify compelling content

Collaborate with digital marketing to ensure campaign alignment for best results

Identify and manage external resources to build interest and deliver qualified pipeline

Design and scale high performing nurture programs

Educate sales teams on programs and encourage driving qualified sales leads to closure

Continually measure, analyze, and report on programs across a variety of metrics, including leads, opportunities, cost per lead, etc.

Communicate with sales and senior management regarding program execution and performance results

Interpret industry trends and competitive information and develop strategies and tactics to respond to opportunities and changes in the marketplace.

Manage the marketing automation platform (Hubspot), and integration with other tools including Salesforce.com, digital advertising platforms, etc

Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and customer service – and fun - within the marketing and broader organization.


Desired Skills and Experience

8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including Demand Generation, Marketing Operations in a high-tech, software environment.

Experienced in building go-to-market strategies, testing, optimizing and scaling successful acquisition and lead generation programs.

Creative and innovative with ability to think outside the box and find new ways to generate interest among potential buyers

Strategically analytical and operations focused while organized and detailed-oriented to provide strong oversight of tactical responsibilities.

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to measure, analyze, understand and present data to measure program effectiveness

Knowledge of Hubspot. Hubspot certified a plus. Hands on experience with saleforce.com a must.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills with proven success in motivating, mentoring and creating a successful environment across functional areas

Proven leadership, highly motivated and self-directed.
